Oh how my life can change in a few seconds. After completing my blog entry i was feeling very happy and contented, i had completed all my chores and i was waiting for Mistress Adira to contact me as to what time maid marian was required for cleaning duties! i kept checking my computer at regular intervals of about every 5 minutes as i settled down to watching a movie on TV! Time passed - 11.30am, midday, 12.15pm. i was beginning to wonder if Mistress would contact me when yes, the beeping sound on my computer told me i had received a message on Messenger!

i went over to my computer and saw it was Mistress Adira online (how silly of me to wonder who it was Mistress, after all, who else could it be Mistress)! But instead of a simple "Hello slave tate," there was a lengthy message of about 10 lines wanting to know why i had not responded to Mistress' message sent 24 minutes earlier. Message Mistress? What message Mistress i was thinking to myself. This was the first message i had heard Mistress and as soon as it arrived i responded immediately but as Mistress Adira continued to interrogate me, i soon realized that Mistress had indeed sent a "Hello slave tate" message, i had just not heard it somehow!! Mistress Adira was getting very annoyed with my explanation (excuse) and the more i said, the further i seemed to get myself deeper and deeper into trouble!

i was sensing the seriousness of my failing as Mistress Adira continued to seek a suitable explanation from me but in reality there was no suitable explanation i could offer. Somehow i had not heard Mistress' initial message and therefore Mistress had been kept waiting at Her computer for a response from me because my Messenger status was 'available'. Mistress has explained to me previously how important it is that my Messenger status is set correctly: a status of 'available' means that i am sitting at my computer and will respond immediately to any message! If i am not sitting at my computer then i must set my Messenger status to either 'away' or 'busy' and therefore Mistress Adira knows that i may not respond straight away! my fate was now sealed as Mistress so matter of factly announced that i will be punished for this mistake! How could i respond except with "Mistress, yes Mistress, thank You Mistress." i had failed to set my Messenger status as instructed previously and therefore deserved a punishment and Mistress was in no mood for leniency. i had already received 1 warning sp "no more warnings" said Mistress, "you will be punished!"

i could not believe how foolish i had been. It did not matter how it had happened as it was in effect all my fault. If i changed my Messenger status to reflect my correct status, then it would not have mattered if i did not respond to a message after 20 or so minutes! my mind was now turning as to when and what my punishment would be for such a mistake? i figured my punishment would probably take place in the next few days and most likely be the cane! i found out the reason why Mistress Adira had contacted me was not to advise of the time maid marian was required for cleaning (Mistress had already advised of that time by Google Calender which i had not seen), but that i was to collect Mistress Adira's daughter along the way!!

i was a very nervous slave as i packed my suitcase. The one thing i was not going to do today was leave something of maid marian's behind and get another punishment Mistress! i was all packed and ready to leave to do some cleaning and that should keep my mind off my upcoming punishment i thought! i arrived at Mistress' daughter's house and waited by the car for her arrival, opened the rear door for her to be seated and then closed the door for our short journey to Mistress Adira's. i was the perfect chauffeur Mistress, or i tried to be Mistress as the thought of any more punishments is not a pleasant prospect Mistress!

i arrived at my scheduled time of 2.30pm where Mistress Adira was in no joking mood and announced to Her daughter and 24/7 slave how i had a punishment pending. "No time to waste" said Mistress, "you will receive your punishment now. Go to the bedroom and wait for Me!" i was in a mild state of shock and embarrassed as Mistress Adira had informed the "world" that i had mucked up and i was going to be punished - i certainly was not expecting that Mistress. i did not even know You kept canes at Your house for such occasions Mistress! i did not have to wait too long in the bedroom as Mistress Adira arrived shortly after and went to the wardrobe and produced 2 thin wispy canes. Mistress' sense of humor had returned: "Yes I thought I had some canes up here for this reason slave tate. The longer cane should do nicely. Lean over the bed boy!" As i bent across the bed Mistress Adira continued, "now you know why My bed is not in the centre of the room slave tate, i need plenty of swinging room." Well yes Mistress, i had never thought of that Mistress but now i was laying across Mistress Adira's bed with my buttocks nicely exposed!

Mistress then announced my punishment: 12 strokes of the cane. A fair and most reasonable punishment as always Mistress! i received the 1st stroke which was reasonably heavy. The longer cane was a very inspired choice Mistress as i soon found out as the 2nd and 3rd strokes were applied with more force!! my buttocks were quivering as Mistress Adira continued to apply each stroke slightly lower than the previous one. my feet were being lifted off the ground by the severity of each blow. A punishment from Mistress Adira is just that and after a short break for the first 6 strokes, the last 6 strokes were applied! It was like the bed was just the perfect height to have my buttocks in the ideal position and Mistress was making me jump with the 10th and 11th strokes and finally the last stroke was applied. my punishment was complete and it was down on my knees to kiss the divine feet of Mistress Adira!

i certainly can see why strokes of the cane are sometimes called cuts Mistress as the 8 clearly visible stripes on my buttocks are testament to the cutting action of the cane Mistress! my life as a slave is always a challenge and changing my behaviour. A slave will make mistakes along the way Mistress and whilst i never enjoy making mistakes Mistress, Your slave has to learn that it must live according to Your rules all of the time Mistress. It now realizes that it is always only 1 second away from a future punishment Mistress and that if a punishment is to happen, it can occur at any time at any place, in the presence of anybody Mistress! Your slave never stops learning Mistress!!!
