The last few weeks have seen some significant changes in my lifestyle as Mistress Adira continues to refine and challenge me to abide by Her rules and discipline! my response has been simply amazing as i seem to be able to lift and respond in a positive way every time Mistress Adira seeks to impose some extra discipline upon me! One of my greatest challenges each week is to keep my weight between 75.0 and 75.5 kilograms and in an effort to assist me to achieve this, Mistress insists that i complete 2 walks of around 45 minutes each week - 1 walk on Saturday morning and 1 walk mid week! Over the last few weeks i have made a few changes to my walking trek and the changes have been very positive assisting me to keep my weight under control it would seem no matter how many extra treats or privileges i am afforded from time to time by Mistress Adira! The major change i made to my walk was to walk up the hill twice previously i would only walk up the hill once but now i go up and back the same hill and the effect of walking up the hill twice has had a great effect upon my health and fitness Mistress!

Over the last few weeks i have been most fortunate to attend breakfast with Mistress Adira and slave connor at Chevron Island and a fantastic lunch with Mistress Adira at Evergreen Restaurant and a delightful pizza from Pizza Capers and yet somehow my weight has remained within O/our acceptable weight range Mistress! Last weekend Mistress Adira was invited to a private play party and i was afforded once again the privilege of accompanying Mistress to the party! What a fantastic venue - an amazing dungeon set-up and the crowd was very friendly and welcoming and it was a fantastic evening! But attending the party was only the beginning of my fun as Mistress had invited me to have a sleepover at Her house on the Saturday night.

Mistress Adira had stated that i would possibly be sleeping in the spare room on the bed on this occasion but somehow this idea had been changed by the time W/we had arrived home from that party at about 2.00am! Mistress stated that i could have a choice where i would sleep tonight: in my slave bed on the floor of the gym room or in a nice comfy bed in the spare bedroom! How nice i thought of Mistress Adira to think of Her slave but when given a choice between sleeping in a bed and sleeping on the floor, even for a slave there is only one choice Mistress and they were my words to Mistress Adira. "Mistress, yes Mistress, thank You Mistress for Your kind offer but there is only one place that Your slave would like to sleep on Mistress" and i was about to continue by adding "and that is in the bed in the spare bedroom Mistress" when Mistress Adira interrupted and said "excellent choice slave tate you will be sleeping in the gym room on the floor in your slave bed!" i felt like saying "Mistress, no Mistress, You had not let Your slave finish Mistress... it was going to say that it would like to sleep in the spare bedroom" but deep down i knew Mistress Adira was right... there was only one place i really wanted to sleep and that was on the floor in my slave bed in the gym room. What was i thinking Mistress!

As i settled down to sleeping on the floor in my slave bed in the gym room one of Mistress Adira's friendly cats came to keep me company and i spent a wonderful night in slave heaven sleeping on the floor in my slave bed in Mistress Adira's gym room! i do manage to get plenty of sleep in my slave bed and i was feeling very refreshed when i awoke around 9.30am for a day as Mistress Adira's maid!

On Wednesday i had to have a day off work due to a tradesman attending my home and luckily for me he came early so that i could spend a few more hours in the afternoon doing cleaning duties for Mistress Adira as Her sissy maid!

Last night Mistress Adira decided that i would be sleeping in my slave bed on the floor at my place so it was another exciting night for me as i went to bed around midnight hoping that my weight would come within O/our acceptable weight range - and luckily for me my weight was 75.2 kilograms - woohoo. i was a very happy slave and expecting a quiet day today but that all changed around 1.30pm when i received a new task in my Google Calendar - Mistress Adira required Her slave at 3.00pm to wash and clean Her car! What a lucky slave Mistress so i have been very busy this afternoon washing and cleaning Mistress Adira's car inside and out and because i did such a good job and finished quicker than Mistress anticipated, i was rewarded with one more task to do before i would be dismissed - washing Mistress Adira's dishes!

What a fun and unexpected finish to my day Mistress and i look forward with great excitement and anticipation to hear what i maybe required to do tomorrow, the next day, or whenever i may next be required to serve You Mistress!
